Finding the right fit is such an important part of creating a positive therapeutic experience - Let's meet "virtually" for 15-20 minutes to discuss any questions you may have.
Counselling Session
$180 + GST
A regular (50 minute) counselling session. We can meet virtually (phone or video), or in person at our Lonsdale Quay office (Tuesdays only)
Counselling Session (Extended)
$270 + GST
An extended length (80 minutes) counselling session. Available online (phone or video), or in person at our Lonsdale Quay office (Tuesdays only)

Regular and extended length sessions are available for clients accessing counselling via the First Nation Health Authority.
Most extended health plans will accept Registered Clinical Counsellors (RCC), but I still recommend clients check their their plan to confirm this.
