Ceilidh Smith
Registered Social Worker (RSW)
Feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or navigating a big life transition? You don’t have to face it alone. As a warm, gentle and inquisitive counselor, my focus is on helping you through life's challenges—whether it’s relationship struggles, grief, or major changes.

Together, we’ll explore your story, uncover your strengths, and work toward the wellness you deserve. As a trauma informed practitioner I blend humanistic and narrative therapies with somatic (body-based) practice. With a background in the arts I love to focus on unique, individualized approaches to customize the therapeutic experience to each client.

With a Master’s in Social Work and over 12 years of experience in mental health, I’ve worked with people of all ages in various settings, including acute medical units and community organizations. I’m committed to providing a safe, supportive space where you can feel heard and empowered as you move forward.

Reaching out for support is a big step, and I’m here to walk with you through it. Connect with me for a free introductory chat, and let’s see how we can navigate your journey together.
