Ceilidh Smith

Registered Social Worker (RSW)

As a queer ADHDer I show up with warm, gentle energy but also bring an inquisitive and curious tone! My focus is on helping you through life's challenges—whether it’s relationship struggles, grief, or major changes.

I also love working with clients that appreciate a direct and down-to-earth style. Life with my wife (a British First Responder) means I get how important a bit of sarcasm or black humour can be!

Together, we’ll explore your story, uncover your strengths, and work toward the wellness you deserve. As a trauma informed practitioner I blend humanistic and narrative therapies with somatic (body-based) practice. With a background in the arts I love to focus on unique, individualized approaches to customize the therapeutic experience to each client.

With a Master’s in Social Work and over 12 years of experience in mental health, I’ve worked with people of all ages in various settings, including acute medical units and community organizations. I currently work with adults, seniors and youth (age 12+)
